Refunds and Returns
We want you to be 100% pleased with your purchase from WALK-i-TASK™. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the product to us within 21 days of you receiving it for a refund. Customers are responsible for a $30.00 USD shipping fee for the return of items to our warehouse.
Before returning any product, you must fill out a WALK-i-TASK™ Customer Return Form. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Customer Return Form. Once this is completed, email it to email@example.com. Our customer service team will send you a Pre-Paid Shipping Return Label. Once your return is received and inspected for damages, we will notify you regarding your refund. If there are no issues with your desk, you will receive a refund, less the shipping fee of $30.00 USD.
*If you are paying with Canadian currency, we are not responsible for how the exchange rate appears in your account as this fluctuates and depends on who you bank with. Charges to your card are based on the USD currency, which includes when we refund you as well.
OPEN BOX RETURN POLICY
Open Box items are FINAL SALE. Open Box items are like-new desks that have been opened and returned within our 21-day return window. They have been inspected and verified by our team to ensure the desk is functioning properly. Any imperfections to the desk are cosmetic only. It is your responsibility to refer to the Fit Guide before purchasing the desk to ensure it will fit. Exceptions to this policy will be made if you are experiencing functionality issues with your desk. You must contact our team by sending photos and videos to describe your issue as we may be able to help solve it.
You may cancel an order for a full refund before it ships. If the desk has already shipped, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the desk back to our warehouse. To cancel your order, email our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “CANCEL ORDER” with your order number.
